• You must not place false or fraudulent orders. If such an order is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel it and inform the authorities.

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful contact details (email, phone, address). Failure to do so may prevent order processing.

2. Contract of Sale

• After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email/phone.

• Once the order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation.

• A legally binding contract exists only after shipping confirmation.

3. Availability of Products

• All orders are subject to product availability.

• If a product is unavailable, we may offer a substitute. If you do not accept the substitute, we will refund your payment in full.
  
  

4. Right to Refuse Orders

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, even after confirmation, in exceptional circumstances (e.g., stock issues, errors, or fraudulent activity).

• We may also remove or modify products, descriptions, or content on our site at any time without liability.

5. Delivery

• We aim to deliver within the estimated time frame provided in your Shipping Confirmation.

• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or delivery partner limitations.

• Delivery is considered complete when the order is signed for at the shipping address.

6. Pricing & Payment

• We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing. If a pricing error is discovered:

  • You will be notified and may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

  • We are not obliged to sell at an obviously incorrect price.

• All prices include GST and applicable taxes. Delivery charges are extra and shown separately.

• Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

7. Invoices & Taxes

• A valid tax invoice will be provided with your order.

• All purchases are subject to applicable Indian taxes, including GST, duties, and cesses.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (for defective, damaged, or wrong items).

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging, labels, and tags intact.

• Non-eligible returns: products that appear used, washed, tampered with, or damaged (unless received damaged).

• Orders placed with coupon codes are non-returnable, except for defective products (replacement only).

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective/wrong.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method or store wallet within 7 working days after the returned product passes quality check.

• If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

9. Cancellations

• COD orders may require phone confirmation. Unconfirmed COD orders may be canceled.

• Once an order is marked as “Processing” or “Shipped,” it cannot be canceled.

10. Fraud & Abuse
