1. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Contact us within 24 hours if:

The item is defective, damaged, or not working.

You received a product different from what was ordered (wrong item, color, size, or design).

Orders placed with coupon codes are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects (eligible for replacement only).
2. How to Return an Item

Returned products must be shipped to our registered address:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or wrong items.

Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
3. Refunds & Replacements

The product must be returned with original packaging, labels, barcodes, and tags intact. Incomplete returns will be rejected.

If a replacement is available, it will be sent after we receive and verify the returned product.

If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the product value (excluding shipping).

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
4. Return Window

Returns and replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

After 7 days, RS99 Store will not be able to accept returns, issue refunds, or provide replacements under any circumstances.
